Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CodeRadar (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CodeRadar is a development command center that provides project tracking, Claude Code session monitoring, cost analysis, and team collaboration features. The Service consists of:
- Free CLI: Open-source command-line tool for local project scanning and HTML dashboard generation
- Cloud Dashboard: Web-based dashboard with cloud sync, team features, and AI-powered insights
3. Account Registration
To use cloud features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
CodeRadar offers the following subscription plans:
- Free: CLI + basic cloud features at no cost
- Pro ($12/month or $9/month yearly): Multi-currency, AI summaries, budget alerts, PDF export
- Team ($8/user/month or $6/user/month yearly): All Pro features + team collaboration, minimum 3 users
- Enterprise (custom pricing): Self-hosted, SSO, audit logs, SLA
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the cloud service
- Use automated tools to scrape or exfiltrate data beyond your own account
- Resell, sublicense, or share your account with unauthorized users
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
The CLI is open source (MIT license) and may be freely modified and distributed in accordance with the license terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The CLI is licensed under the MIT License. The cloud dashboard, including its design, code, and infrastructure, is proprietary to CodeRadar and protected by copyright laws.
You retain all rights to your project data, git metadata, and session information. By using the Service, you grant CodeRadar a limited license to process and display your data as necessary to provide the Service.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. CodeRadar does not access or store your source code. We collect only metadata necessary to provide project insights and cost tracking.
You may export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from the settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice or refund.
Upon termination, your access to cloud features will be revoked. The CLI will continue to function for local dashboard generation.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL CODERADAR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
