Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

CodeRadar collects project metadata to provide you with insights into your development workflow. We collect git statistics (commit history, branch names, uncommitted changes), Claude Code session data (duration, token usage, costs), and user account information (email, display name, preferences).

We never access or store your source code. All data collection is limited to metadata that helps you track and analyze your development activity.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Display project statistics, health scores, and activity tracking in your dashboard
  • Calculate and visualize Claude Code usage costs and token consumption
  • Generate AI-powered summaries of your development sessions (Pro+ plans)
  • Send budget alerts and notifications when enabled
  • Provide team analytics and comparison features (Team+ plans)

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Only you and team members you explicitly invite can access your project data.

The CLI can also generate fully offline HTML dashboards that never touch our servers, giving you complete control over your data.

4. Third-Party Services

CodeRadar integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: Database hosting and authentication
  • Stripe: Payment processing for Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans
  • Anthropic: AI-powered session summaries (opt-in, Pro+ only)
  • GitHub: Repository import and OAuth authentication (opt-in)

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide these features.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the settings page. Upon deletion, all project data, sessions, and costs are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Billing records are retained as required by law.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics services. Your browsing activity on CodeRadar is not tracked.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access all data we store about you (export as JSON)
  • Correct or update your information
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Opt-out of optional features (AI summaries, webhooks, etc.)
  • Export your data in portable formats

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via email to all registered users. Continued use of CodeRadar after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
